Welcome to A Musical Adventure with Amy!

 

The Kids on Keys Program will be taught to children ages 4-7 years old.

 

Beginner Piano Lessons will be taught to children ages 8-12 years old.

 

Kids on Keys Program:

Kids on Keys by author Susan McTaggart, is a general music program with a keyboard emphasis written especially and specifically for the young child, ages 4-7.  Children readily assimulate the concepts presented in this fun and entertaining program.  The lessons are full of musical activities that teach rhythm, music and movement, music notation, music appreciation, and listening and tracking skills through songs and games.  Each activity lasts five to seven minutes, the attention span of a young student.  Kids on Keys helps develop a sound basis in beginning music study.

Counting Rhythms

Note Recognition

Repeaters, Steppers, and Skippers

Music Instrument Families

New Songs and Games

Beginner Piano Lessons:
